Stayed Aug 24, 2025This was absolutely the BEST place we have stayed in Homer (or anywhere actually).. VERY VERY nice view and property. Spacious & comfortable. Will definitely try and stay here again - We plan on coming back next year :)

Stayed Aug 5, 2025This home is situated so it overlooked the Homer spit. Everything is available, hiking, fishing, shopping, wildlife viewing, dining, local theater groups. There was things to do for all 11 of the family members in my group.The home was exceptional. Extensively outfitted with everything you could possibly need to cook gourmet meals. Bathrooms were great. We had 11 in our group and there was no complaints about hot water for showers as is usually an issue with a group this large. I have been doing VRBO's for a few years and this has to be the best experience ever. Thank you to the hosts for the cornucopia of amenities available in the house. Outstanding cannot properly describe this property or the comfort it provided for our group.

Stayed Jul 21, 2025We spent 4 days in Homer for my Sister’s Celebration of Life. Our accommodation were excellent as we were a large group and had our 92 year old mother with us. Having the lower level made it so she did not need to climb stairs except to shower in a walk in. The location was perfect as it was between the celebration venue and my brother in law’s house. A very war and welcoming home.
