Beautiful home. Very clean and well layed out for our needs.

This is a beautiful house in a real quiet, pretty location. Lots of space. They problem is that things are not getting repaired or upkept. Lots of simple things- toilet paper holders hanging (as noted in previous reviews), closet doors falling off, knobs loose or broken etc. Would love to see someone take care of this place because if they did I would love to come back.

Soacious house in quiet cul-de-sac location. Comfortable beds. Good size master suite. Good size back garden with options for eating and sitting.

Nice, quiet neighborhood, good for families, easy to get to shopping and the beach. Layout of home was nice and spacious. However, dirty dishes were in the cabinet, some general dirt and grime elsewhere, and several mostly cosmetic maintenance issues like broken toilet paper holders, broken drawer in the kitchen, gaps in flooring, hole in the drywall, etc. The fridge also barely cooled, so we kept everything in the drawer between the fridge and freezer since that seemed to work better. We reached out to Vacasa and they were replying but were not able to address anything during our short two night stay.

The house itself was nice and clean. However, the master bathroom toilet barely flushed and the shower had no hot water. We thought when renting we would be closer to the ocean but found it was 20 mins away from Ocean City. No binder either left for food place or area attractions.

Love this property, it was more beautiful than the pictures, it's nestled in a very nice part of ocean pines and it was very easy to get to.

All in all the house was great, you can tell it's rental property. It has some wear and tear. The shower in the downstairs bedroom was labelled incorrectly, which lead to a cold shower the first night. Everything else in the house was great.

There were many areas that weren’t clean. The outside of the refrigerator was very dirty, the trash can was disgusting, and there was hair in the bathtub. After putting in the remarks that we had small children staying with us they still left their breakables out and a glass coffee table in the front living room. A report was made twice regarding the chirping smoke detector but no one came to fix it. Also the main floor bedroom window was off the track leaving it not able to be locked. Even with this safety issue reported no one showed up to fix it. The backyard was not really used since there were so many mosquitoes. Perhaps a pest company should be used to spray the area. On a positive note, the location was great and the house was large enough to accommodate my family.
