Home w/ Screened Porch - Near Toledo Bend Lake!

We chose this home for our family because it was 5 minutes from our family reunion. This little house is precious, and we loved the screened in back porch. We really didn't need to utilize the outdoor stove, but did use the gas grill. The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are updated with all the necessary supplies. We will recommend the place and definitely stay there again if we are that way. Michelle is wonderful and had the house nice and cool for us before we got there!

Great place for anglers, good boat parking in a quiet & safe neighborhood. The property managers contacted us upon check in to ensure everything was fine. Property was exactly as pictured & very clean. Looking forward to coming back in the future!

The house was amazing and the property contact was very helpful. The driveway leaves alot to be desired. It is terrible to back a boat under the carport. No access to the garage is not a good option either. The boat lauch access is not clear at all. We found out to use the boat launch you are not suppose to leave your truck and trailer at the launch. Thank goodness the friendly couple that live at the launch allowed us to leave ours next to their driveway. If those items were resolved I would highly consider this property every year we visit the lake.

Everything was perfect!

Had stayed at this property previously as an invited guest, so knew how perfect the layout was. It was as awesome as I'd remembered. Accommodations are clean and fresh. The house is located in a quiet little neighborhood and has a large screened in porch that is perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee, or evening cocktail. The hostess of the house lives just down the street and drove up to great us upon our arrival. Extremely nice and friendly. For us this is the perfect setup and location for anyone visiting the Toledo Bend area. I highly recommend and will be back for sure!

We were in town for a wedding and my mom is on a walker, so for the 4 of us, this house was perfect. It’s a walk-in shower and easy to navigate for wheels. When the sprinklers went off, the shower water started smelling really bad which was not great for my husband who was the last to shower for the wedding. We had a question about the tv and lake access, and the host called us back very quickly to help out. The weirdest thing is one of the reviews mentioned a perfect set up and yard for a dog, but when I reached out to Evolve before the trip, they said no. So we paid for a dog sitter and even left our reservation early (Sat night instead of Sunday) for our dog’s sake, but all of the papers in the house say dogs are welcome. They even have a dog bowl and a perfect fenced in yard, so I’m not sure what’s going on with that. Overall, the home is well-maintained and well set up. We would stay there again…if we could bring our dog. :)

First of all the property is very nice. It is absolutely a very peaceful and quiet getaway. The house is very spacious and certainly beautiful. However— here comes the big issue. Water pressure! This is not a new issue either and I’m not sure why previous renters have never mentioned it in review's but it’s certainly worth mentioning. Apparently it is an issue that the owner is well aware of. You will have ZERO water (barely a drip, literally) after the sprinkler system comes on for SEVERAL HOURS. We were unable to shower, brush teeth, wash hands or dishes due to this. Per the co-host, who by the way is very friendly, approachable and quick to respond, thinks the sprinkler system has something to do with it as well as maybe a community well? So just be very aware that if you are staying on the days the sprinkler is set to go off (which occurs twice on the scheduled days) you will have zero water. Otherwise the property is pretty and peaceful. Also, inside the home has zero phone service. It does have WiFi but if you’re on Verizon or AT&T, you will be on “SOS” service the entire time in the home. The end of the driveway has okay service. So just some things to keep in mind when scheduling this property.

The house and property are amazing! My family had such a wonderful experience staying here. The interior is beautiful, spacious, and has many small luxuries that really show that the owners care about the comfort of anyone staying. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations! The neighborhood was peaceful and well maintained, not too far from many locations for outdoor activities, and comfortable enough to appreciate staying indoors too! We loved the whole package, and would love to stay here again.

This is a beautiful spacious home. It was very relaxing. This place was very clean and allowed us to bring our dog.
