Nice home in a quiet neighborhood that was rustic but still close to many things. Excellent home base for exploring both the coastal beaches like Cayucos, Cambria and San Simeon via hwys 41 and 46 to the 1 and inland areas like Paso Robles Templeton, Santa Margarita lake.

Beautiful area in the hills, somewhat difficult to get to, will need gps. House and grounds are lovely. Quiet and comfortable!

Home was spacicious nicely decorated, and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. This was by far the best house we have ever rented from VRBO over all. My only complaint was that the house was clean but needed a deep spring cleaning to clean windows, random spider webs, etc. Oh, and the location was quiet and beautiful.

The property was nice. We were all in the town for a funeral, so not really a vacation. It would have been nice to have other family members be able to come and visit, maybe share a meal, but the house rules prohibited it and we did those activities elsewhere.Checkout procedures regarding trash were a bit vague so we took our trash away with us to avoid any supercharges.Overall a comfortable and quiet place to sleep for us.Hopefully dont have to visit California again for a good long while.

Property management fantastic. Cleanliness and size of home and grounds excellent. We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. Our only constructive criticism would be to update the details. For the amount of money paid, things could be newer and better quality. Pots & pans, kitchen utensils, and house decor, that sort of details. Some of the decor has not aged well and some items broken, just looks dated and worn out. Needs a fresh go through/update. Remove the broken decor items and purchase new kitchenware etc. However, none of that impacted our stay in any negative way, just an observation. The area is beautiful and there is plenty of room to relax and find some peace.

This property met all our needs. Property manager easy to communicate with. Nice kitchen to cook in.

We were all in town for the Bovine Classic gravel race and it was the perfect base of operations for whatever we wanted to do in the area. We really enjoyed spending time at the house and getting to know the entire Atascadero area. We highly recommend this house and will be back!

Reviewer Comments: This vacation rental was across the street from our property and we rented it for a few days while having some remodeling work done on our own property. Perfect timing and perfect location to be able to still be in and out of our home, and a nice clean and comfortable home to stay at while so much activity was happening at our home. It was the perfect place to stay and if we ever have a large group visiting, I would definitely recommend to my family and friends staying here while visiting us (should we run out of room in our home)!

Rambling ranch style home perfect for a large group...fun to take walks in the morning and see all the wild deer and other animals. House is a little quirky.... toilet constantly ran (we replaced handle...youre welcome) which solved problem. Fan didnt work in bedroom with twin beds, and BBQ didnt light on its own but we figured it out. Fridge was leaking a little bit of water on right side. Coffee supplies and assorted soaps were a nice touch and place was very clean with ample parking. Would stay again.

Able to comfortably accommodate 3 families staying there for a wedding.
