Stayed Feb 13, 2026Host was responsive and helpful. Home was clean and inviting with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Great location, not far from University of Arkansas campus. Quiet neighborhood and easy parking and access to garage.

Stayed Nov 28, 2025A group of friends stayed at the property for the Arkansas football game. Great proximity to the campus and the bar/restaurant district. Would definitely stay again if coming back.

Stayed Aug 14, 2025My stay was wonderful! The home was very clean and comfortable, with furniture that made it easy to relax after a long day. The location is fantastic, It is close to the University of Arkansas but tucked away enough to avoid heavy traffic. The neighborhood felt friendly and safe, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. The owner was also easy to work with and very accommodating. Truly one of the best individuals I have interacted with on this platform. Highly recommend!

Stayed Jun 11, 2025This property exceeded our expectations!! As soon as we opened the front door, we were greeted with a spotless, clean home. It even smelled clean. The home is beautifully updated and had all the amenities needed for comfort away from home. Mr. Lopez was an excellent host! He touched base before our stay and then again our first day, letting us know he would be there for anything we needed. The home was located in a beautiful, safe neighborhood and close to shopping, restaurants, etc. We will definitely stay here again if we return next summer for baseball. Thank you again, Mr. Lopez.

Stayed Sep 27, 2024Enjoyed our time at this property. Was perfect for my small family and kids. Neighborhood was fairly quiet. Garage parking was greatly appreciated. Easy to hit both MLK Jr and Weddington. Would stay again.

Stayed May 31, 2024We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and went to the baseball regionals. It was wonderful and everything was just how it was pictured online.
