This was such a perfect location for our trip. Great space for families, children, board games and cooking. Very relaxing environment and accommodated all ages. The yard was large and was good for kids.

Everything was good. Except my bed smelled like soured laundry

The owner of the property is the nicest and most accommodating person I’ve ever dealt with. Great house with plenty of room for a full family. My go to anytime I’m in Missoula.

We could NOT beat the location of this house to the Fort Missoula Softball fields- maybe a 3 minute drive? Our two teenagers, plus us parents were perfectly comfortable in the house. There was nothing we needed in the kitchen that wasn't stocked & plenty of blankets/pillows/towels. The fans & opening windows at night really helped to keep the house cool, and the AC unit worked well throughout the day. Even better, our two dogs LOVED the large fenced yard. The only thing that would be nice- some patio furniture on the back deck. It is just lovely out there in the evenings!We would absolutely book again next time we play in Missoula!

I really enjoyed staying here! It was like being in a friend's home :) Lots of room for the dogs to run, VERY comfortable furniture, everything you could possibly need, and Bethany was a lovely host! I would absolutely stay here again when in the Missoula area! Thank you, Bethany!

The host was the best host I've ever worked with! She allowed us to check in early and bring my dog on short notice. It was amazing.

A handrail on the front steps would have made the trip safer for one of our friends.

My family and I visited for the holidays. The home was cozy, warm, clean, and a wonderful place to spend the holidays with family. It was spacious and had the essential items needed to cook at the home instead of going out all the time. The host was very communicative. We definitely will stay here again.

Very nice spacious home. A lovely touch was a lit Christmas tree when we arrived. We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. This property was perfect to gather a very small family group for a pizza around the table.

This place was very accommodating with my new walker! He is into everything, however this house was incredibly baby friendly! The provided travel crib and baby gate blocking the stairs was a wonderful added touch, too! Very clean, easy to access, and QUIET street! Thank you for thinking of little guests, and making my trip to Missoula smoother!

This is the second time we have rented this property and enjoyed it both times! There were three of us on an annual trip and Missoula is the first stop. The house is close to stores, fuel and restaurants and access to highways was easy.

We stayed in Missoula for 2 nights to go to a Griz game. Bethany was great to communicate with and we had a great stay. The back yard was perfect for our 4 legged family members. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. We will be staying here again. Go Griz!

House was clean, convenient and comfortable. Had some missing amenities like a deck without seating and a portable A/C unit vs a whole house one so the noise was a little much. However, good value and location for what our needs were.

The house was as described and super comfy! The primary bedroom bed gave us the best night sleep ever - we are going shopping for that mattress. Everything was clean and well appointed. The proximity to Reserve made getting around easy. The neighborhood was peaceful and the neighbors nice. The host communicated wonderfully and was so responsive!

We loved our stay at the house. It was just what we needed for the time we were there. The property was clean. The house was great inside and very clean. If we decide to come back, we will definitely book this place again if it is available. The beds were very comfortable!
