Stayed Dec 19, 2021The house was perfect for our Christmas vacation. We had two sets of families, 3 generations, staying in the house. The layout of the house was perfect. It was nice that all the rooms were on one side of the house and the living areas on the other side. The den was a great place for fun and games. It's nice that it had doors so the young ones and young in spirit could have fun without worrying about disturbing the people sleeping. Sue was very helpful and prompt responding to my questions. Thank you Sue! The town of Asheville was nice, but the highlights of our trip were the family hikes and our trip to Mount Mitchel, which was about an hour away, but worth the trip.

Stayed Jul 16, 2021Nice location. Make sure you follow the directions given to get there or you will end up getting a tour of neighborhood. The house was really nice. Very accessible and comfortable. There were 8 of us including a 3 1/3 year old and a 9 month old and everything was spotless and just as depicted. Don't miss the cute little backyard up the steps, so peaceful!

Stayed Mar 27, 2021Sue was very helpful. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Friends stayed in the cottage and we rented the house. Enjoyed fire pit in the evenings after watching the sunset from the front porch on the days when the weather cooperated.. Easy access to Asheville. New Whole Foods nearby.

Stayed Sep 4, 2020Well equipped place to stay for family. We had 3 senior citizens, 2 other adults. Son and Daughter in law with 10 month old visiting during day. Kitchen well equipped with everything you could need. If you have older people or children with you be careful if they go on deck ( 3-4’ tall with no railing)
