What a great place for family! We all had our own space but were able to come together in a relaxing area. The closeness of the walking path was nice. It was a quiet area with very little traffic. The neighbors were very friendly, especially the tortoise who was a resident in the commons area!! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great space for our family reunion and wonderful that it is dog friendly. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. I little odd that the main bedroom has two full bathrooms in it, but all was good. Loved seeing Myrtle the tortoise!

Everything about the house and the property was amazing, truly a unique experience. Beautiful piece of property with lots of amenities. Well-equipped kitchen, lots of room for relaxing and eating. We enjoyed our visit immensely. Just be sure you understand that only registered guests (up to 10) can be on the property, and no one else. We ended up having to rent 2 additional casitas on the property in order to have our entire family together. I had overlooked that restriction when booking, however, the owner was extremely helpful and did everything possible to accommodate our entire family, which was very much appreciated.

A beautiful main house in nice Tucson location. Well maintained property and kitchen fully stocked. Some confusion on in person meeting to check in, but manager assisted us. Didn't realize it was a shared compound with other rentals, but we had plenty of privacy. Would rent this gorgeous home again.

Great location, near sabino canyon, Safeway, restaurants. Fun outside spaces with hot tubs and onsite tortoise. Lots of inside seating with big couches. The property manager was super responsive about a rescheduled arrival date and extra supplies. The shared common space outside was unusual but worked out fine. It turned out to be a non issue, but I wish we had understood that two of the four bathrooms were in the master suite. It worked because we were all family, but it would have better to understand the arrangement ahead of time.

Terrific old Tucson style abode, lovely beam ceilings, tile, kitchen arrangements. Plenty of sleep space for all the family. Big yard and wonderful swim spa and hot tub.

Overall, this is a very nice house in a good location and has some neat outdoor areas. It is clean, comfortable and well maintained. The communication and check in process was excellent. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that it was not very clear in the description that there are additional casitas on the property that will share the yard, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, etc. We got home from a long bike ride and intended on using the hot tub only to find another couple in it where they remained for well over 2 hours. It needs to be clearer that this is a shared property. Part of what I look for is privacy, which is mentioned multiple times.

We really enjoyed our stay here (main house on the property). The communication with the host(s) was great. Had plenty of messages sent before and during the stay so we knew what to expect. Check in had a minor hiccup since the key pad battery died. They came out quick and got us into the house without too long of a delay.House decor is pretty cool. Very interesting pieces in every room. LOTS of outdoor seating and separate areas to hang out.Overall the house was clean and stocked with what we needed. If you're going to cook or stay for awhile plan on picking up a few basics such as paper products and garbage bags.We took advantage of the location and went for some walks. Gorgeous desert landscape! Neighborhood was quiet. There are several casitas on the property. No major issues with noise or lack of privacy.Only a couple small complaints. The kitchen was amazing and we loved cooking in it - but it was super disorganized. The fault lies on previous guests who just toss things where ever and scratch the heck out of the pans. Cabinets and drawers need a major overhaul to get rid of damaged and old pans/utensils.We had a few things that didn't work such as the living room recliners, the master bed (one side) remote wouldn't work.Place is large and great for everyone to have their own space. Would stay here again.

My family really enjoyed staying in this large and amazing home. The kitchen was well stocked with every cooking tool you could need, spices etc. The hot tub and massage chair were popular amenities. The master bed was adjustable (one side worked) which was great for me. Overall it was a great place for an indulgent get away.

We enjoyed a family Christmas get together at Horse Thief Ranch . There was plenty of room and seating for the 9 of us . The property was as pictured and we had everything we needed . The hit of the weekend was Myrtle the turtle !!! She is very sweet and entertaining !

Clean, well equipped and unique property. What more could you want? We'll, you also get a very friendly host AND a cool giant tortoise! We loved our golf weekend there!

Property was awesome with ample space in and outside the home. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped and Kendra was especially hospitable welcoming us in and overseeing our needs. We highly recommend this place!

Nine adults stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed mornings on the patio and an evening dip in the large spa. Large dining area was useful as we tend to cook and eat at home more than dine out. Unfortunately, unseasonably hot weather prevented us from doing even more outdoors. Perfect set up for outdoor gatherings

4 guys on a golf trip to Tucson. House was great with plenty of room and great back yard. Convenient to plenty of courses.

Wonderful place to stay, our hosts were so accommodating and helpful making for a memorable vacation!
