Home near historic St. Andrew's with private pool and pet friendly!

We had a great stay here. Ty was very kind and responsive. Home was very clean, pool was great and had anything you need to for your stay. Very close to grocery store. We loved historic downtown St Andrews and St Andrews beach. It was beautiful and peaceful. My husband doesn’t like the beach and only goes for me and kids, but said he would rent this home again and come back to PCB.

Ty was wonderful to communicate with. He was a generous and gracious host. Everything was as listed, even better! The pool, lounge chairs, table/chairs for outdoor dining was better than anticipation. Centrally located, quick 10 minute drive to the beach (some spots even closer) and county pier. Walmart close for grocery delivery. I cannot say enough good things about this home away from home. Would definitely stay here again!!!! Absolutely nailed it for our family! My wife, two kids, and I absolutely loved this place. It’s not fancy—it’s just fantastic. And pet friendly !!!The location is perfection: only 15 minutes from everything you’d want to do in Panama City. But honestly, if your plan is to just chill out and soak up the peace, you never even have to leave. The property was perfect for our family! House was clean upon arrival and had plenty of kitchen and laundry items for our stay. When we weren't doing things in town the backyard was the perfect place to hangout. Very close to nightime kayaking and a city park that my kids begged to go to several times.

Our son and nephew played baseball in World Series at Publix sports plex and this was the PERFECT location!! Far enough away (in right direction) to not have to fight the PCB traffic, but close enough to everything also. House was clean, pool was great! Had everything we needed for the week! Host was very communicative and available. Would definitely stay here again and again.

Everything about our stay was great! Perfect communication from the beginning to end. Tucked away in a private perfect spot. Close enough to all the things but also far enough to have your own private space without all crowds and noise. Will definitely stay here again.

Awesome location

Stayed for a school baseball trip. Located just across the bridge we were both close to the games we played and the beaches as well. Just far away enough from the tourist traffic and close to local spots to eat. Will stay again when in the pcb area.

Ty was a very attentive Host! The house was clean and met all of our needs. The only issue was with the coffee maker, Ty overnighted a new one. Super Host indeed!!

This property was perfect for our stay, so clean and cozy! We spent our days by the pool in a beautifully landscaped yard, pictures don’t do it justice. The convenient location allowed for quick access to beachside restaurants and popular spots in historic St. Andrews. Ty and Christie were friendly and super responsive when we lost WiFi after a storm, they even recommended a great spot (Papa Joes) for fireworks within walking distance. The amenities in the home were thoughtful and added to the overall comfort during our stay. Beds and sectional were all very comfortable, the laundry room was spacious enough for pets, bedding and mealtimes. We really enjoyed our time here, highly recommend!
