Very nice place. Very cozy. We cooked breakfast 1 morning & found all the items we needed easily. Beds were very comfortable. Host was very responsive when I texted her.

It was a beautiful house with LOTS of room. We absolutely loved that it was within walking distance of town and we had a great time. The kitchen was well stocked with every utensil, dish, cup, plate, baking and cooking dish we needed. It was cozy and warm and very inviting and beautifully decorated.

We had a great stay at a wonderful house. There was plenty of space and it was very clean. Had laundry and an extra bathroom downstairs if needed. We enjoyed the deck, kitchen with all dishes and cookware needed. The house is so close to all the town has to offer we walked into town each day for the train, museums and nice restaurants too. Great trip and hope to come back to visit again. Hope we can stay here again - really enjoyed our time in Bryson City.

This house is truly a home. The bed was super comfortable, and the home is beautifully decorated. The location was an easy walk to downtown, and we really enjoyed our stay here. Louise responded very quickly when we accidentally set off the security alarm and didn’t know how to turn it off. There are 3 bedrooms, but one is a double bed in the nicely finished basement, which is where the second bathroom is located. That was a bit of a surprise, but it turned out well to give even more privacy separation to 2 couples staying together. If you are coming to Bryson City, be sure to try to get this place. You won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful location close to attraction and dining. House was clean and cozy. Back deck was a wonderful place for morning coffee and pastries.

Kuerig didnt work and there were no filters for the other coffee maker. However, one call to the property manager and filters were delivered within the hour. Very accomodating.

The entire house was nicely decorated, clean and has very comfy sofas, chairs ( inside and out) and great beds. It is an older home that has some updated features such as the two bathrooms, huge deck, nice laundry area in the basement and sitting areas. It’s big enough to accommodate 4 adults with room to spare. Great large eating areas. Good kitchen tools, utensils and glassware. Location is perfect- very walkable to downtown BC. Great as a home base for exploring the area. We communicated easily with the property manager as well as chatting with the friendly owner, who is local. We loved it and would highly recommend staying here.

Great location. Very warm and comfortable house. Host and property manager were very responsive. We had an issue with the internet and they had someone out who fixed is within an hour. Highly recommend.

Home was clean and inviting. Check in process was extremely easy. Great location. It took a minute to find the room in the basement. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

The house was amazing, clean, beautifully decorated with fall decor. The kitchen was setup with things we could use..the back porch was so inviting and we enjoyed our time there. The beds were very comfortable. Me and my friends loved it and would definitely recommend it and we would love to stay there again

Nice older home that is clean, comfortable, and well furnished. The back deck is fantastic with a beautiful view of the mountains. It should be noted that the only shower is in the basement. One other word of caution to future visitors... There were several plug-in air fresheners scattered around the home. My wife is sensitive to fragrances and perfumes, so it was an instant headache for her. We unplugged them and everything was fine, but it took a bit of time to find them all. If you have similar sensitivities, be advised. That aside, we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely stay again.

Really nice place. Older home done up very nice I’m in to the older homes and seeing how they were built. This one is built like a tank. Close to town and dirrectly behind one of the Perkins bros home.

This is a great old house, and a perfect location. Perfect for a family or two couples looking to experience Bryson city. Lovely hosts who could not have done more to make our experience enjoyable. Would love to stay there again someday, thanks.

What a great home within walking distance to everything in Bryson City. It was my mothers 75th birthday weekend. We took her on a ride of the GSMR and enjoyed the town. The house was very relaxing and big enough to spread out. The residence had everything we needed.

The property was spacious and well kept. Just a block from downtown; we were able to walk to shops and restaurants. A great location for a holiday get away.

Very clean and short walking distance to downtown BC. Beautiful Christmas decorations and joyful atmosphere. It would have been helpful to know that the only shower was located downstairs since my elderly mother was with us. Overall, the experience was fantastic!

Lovely home within easy walking distance to Bryson City and GSMR. We loved the large back deck with ample seating and a beautiful view. Property manager was very responsive with any questions. Will stay again on our next visit!

Beautiful classic North Carolina brick home inside and out. We will definitely plan a future, longer, stay here to take advantage of this beautiful home! Everything you need is provided and the autumn decorations were perfect for the season. Bryson City and surrounding area with Smokey Mountain National Park has so much to offer. Coming home to this beautiful and comfortable home every day was the perfect, restful end to relax and reflect on the days outings.

House was very nicely furnished , very clean, and location was great. The back deck does not overlook the town, but overlooks the backyard of two houses. We found it description of the property misleading. Also, the shower was downstairs, which we use quite frequently. The basement started leaking almost immediately when the rain started. You could see long-term water damage from past leaks in the basement. As our stay went on the leak got worse and worse.

Clean, beautifully appointed home with wonderful location& a lovely back deck. Only criticism the second bath with shower is down the basement stairs which were too steep for elderly adults.

My wife and I were in ten for some business for few days. House was just what we needed. Everything was clean, quiet neighborhood, walked to town to eat/drink, and great view from the back deck.

Rented this house for a party of 4. We each had our own space and the house was equipped with everything we needed. The host thought of everything. We had a train ride in Bryson city which we literally could have walked over for. We drove because rain was expected. The porch was the gem of the stay. We so enjoyed listening to the rain on the porch while eating our snacks. Will definitely stay there again.

We visited Bryson City to ride the train and stayed here the evening before. Beautiful older home that has been well maintained . Nice blend of the old and new (like recently renovated bathrooms). Thoroughly enjoyed the back deck. Quiet and relaxing. Would stay here again when in Bryson City.
