Stayed Mar 15, 2026We never received an email from the host, so when we arrived, we couldn’t get in the property. After about 30 minutes, I was able to get through to the host by phone and she said she didn’t know we were coming. She said VRBO never tells her when there’s a booking. Then she said there was a realtor coming to show the property, but not to worry they’d be quick, in and out, no problem. When we called VRBO to get an adjustment on the fee for that inconvenience the host lied to them. I would say the communication with the host was not professional. We spent two nights concerned that a realtor had access to the property we had rented.

Stayed Sep 20, 2025We had a wonderful stay in this charming historic home in Ardmore. The house is full of character, located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, yet close to everywhere we needed to go. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything easy. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Stayed May 8, 2025The location is an older quiet neighborhood. Our issue with this place was cleanliness. When you pay a cleaning fee you don’t expect it to be clean for you. The floors and rugs were dirty. We kept our shoes on it was so disgusting. The coffee pot, stove top and sinks looked as though they were never cleaned. Food had splashed on the front of the dishwasher. We scrubbed the sinks and coffee pot and then chose not to cook In the house. The bedrooms and bedding were nice. I sent a message to inform the host of our disappointment with a cleaning fee and having to clean. I heard nothing in return.
