Situated in a neighborhood community in the center of Sea Pines called Greenwood Forest, a convenient bike ride away from any place in Sea Pines, lies this cozy home with an open space floor plan. Address is 96 Forest Drive, Hilton Head Island, SC. The house features hardwood floors throughout the house. It offers 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with all the tools required to cook a perfect meal. It opens to the dining area and living room. All this is rounded off by a private enclosed deck where you can finish your day with a BBQ or a relaxing drink.

The Sea Pines Resort offers a relaxing and fun environment for family and individual activities including natural beaches, championship golf, tennis, biking trails and much, much more. All are within a short distance of this wonderful unit. The Sea Pines Resort is a 5,200-acre private residential gated community located on the southern tip Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Sea Pines is home to four golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Atlantic Dunes by Davis Love III, the Heron Point golf course, and the Sea Pines Country Club Course. The RBC Heritage is a PGA Tour event held annually in April at the Harbour Town course.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: 1 mile away from the beach. You can utilize the walking/bike paths to the beach for the ~25 minute walk or ~7 minute bike ride. The Beach Trolley shuttle is also, a great seasonal option.

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at intersection of Greenwood and Willow Oak-- about 3 minutes by car from Greenwood Forest. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

*Community Pool is Open Seasonally: April 15 - October 15

*Pickleball/Tennis court access: The court turns over every hour on the hour so if the clock strikes 1pm while you’re playing you must surrender the court to next players waiting. If nobody is waiting, you have the court until the 2pm turnover.

    We enjoyed our stay at this house! It is well stocked, clean and comfortable. It is about a 10 minute walk to a back entry spot for the Heritage.

    We really enjoyed our stay at this home for spring break. We had everything we needed from towels to kitchen items. The home was very comfortable and we were very happy there for our two week visit. The location can’t be beat. Quick bike ride to the beach, South Beach and Harbour Town!

    The property was clean and spacious. My family really enjoyed the time we spent there. There was some ice on the deck due to the storm a few days before our arrival but it melted quickly and the driveway was clear upon our arrival

    I was sold on this house because of the great room. It has a giant comfy couch that we could all crash on and watch holiday weekend football. In the same room is the large round table for six, perfect for dinners and games. The house was in a central location easy to bike to everything. Kitchen had all you could possibly need. The only minor hiccup was the grill had no gas so we couldn't use it. House is perfect for a family of 6.

    Great house in a convenient location to all Sea Pines has to offer. Bike paths throughout, community pool, fast in-home internet, great laundry machines, nicely updated home... what's not to love. Will 100% book again next time we're en route to Hilton Head! Great host/property.

    What a wonderful property. Great central location with an easy walk to the Lighthouse restaurants and shops. Well-appointed with many extras that made the stay even more comfortable. We were able to walk or ride our bikes throughout Sea Pines and easily get from one place to another. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!
