HOUSE RULES:
- Primary renter must be 25 or older.
- No smoking/vaping on premises. Any evidence of smoking/vaping found will result in a $245 cleaning charge.
- Please NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS, DJs, or BANDS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. Please be respectful of the neighbors at all times! Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am.
- Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (7 people) at any time.
These are all separate causes for eviction with no refund and may damage our ability to offer the home to future guests exposing you to liability.

Canal
We do not think it would be wise for you or your party to swim in the canal. There is no lifeguard on duty at any time. If you choose to swim in the canal or the swimming pool, you are swimming at your own risk, and you agree to hold the homeowner, and property management company harmless from any injury you may incur.
We supply a starter set of shampoo, hair conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, & more.
Great stay in this beautiful place! We had a problem contacting host but it all worked out. Furniture needed cleaned and towels and linens needed replaced.. a few small issues but its a great place and would love to stay there again!
We really enjoyed our 2 month stay at Sea Colony. The house was great and had everything we needed. The master bedroom was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the use of the bikes and loved being able to safely cycle to the nearby Publix for a few groceries or along to The Eurpean Village for lunch. The beach is just a few minutes walk down the main road of the development and is accessed by 2 walkovers though during our stay the main one was damaged by big storms so only the southern walkway is in use. The beach is great we loved a sunrise walk along it with our dog. Please note if walking north on the beach you are not allowed on the State park beach area just as the houses end, with a dog. We didn't know as it is very poorly signed and we got told off by a park ranger. The development has an HOA and rules that you have to agree to during the rental set up. There is a manned gatehouse which we had to get a pass for and show it each time we entered and you must alert the gatehouse to all visitors and deliveries.
The house was perfect for us and the location is amazing! Sea Colony has a great beach with no crowds and an ocean front pool/ hot tub that is wonderful! We had everything we needed at the house - well equipped kitchen. bikes, beach chairs/ umbrellas, etc! Plenty of room for friends and family- we enjoyed the screened porch every morning and evening. Great time- thank you for sharing your home!!!
My family enjoyed the clean and comfortable beach house. The pond view was very peaceful with beautiful birds. House had everything we needed and more. Will definitely book again.
