The space
BEDROOMS:
- Welcome to the sleeping sanctuaries, where dreams come true for up to 6 guests in 3 beds.

Master Bedroom 1:

- Smart Roku TV for binge-watching your guilty pleasures
- Private Restroom – because who likes to share
- GoogleHome display speaker to serenade you with your favorite tunes

Bedroom 2:
- Queen (Sleeps 2)

Bedroom 3:
- 2 Twins (Pullout Sleeps 2)
- LG screen – for movie nights or twin telepathy experiments
- Laptop docking station, Mouse, Keyboard – in case you want to sneak in some work between naps

BATHROOMS:
Each bathroom is generously stocked with toiletries (because smelling good is important), towels, washcloths, and a hairdryer (because fabulous hair is a must).

KITCHEN & DINING:
The kitchen is your culinary playground, complete with cooking utensils, dinnerware, toaster, and a Nespresso coffee maker for when life requires an extra shot. The island area is the VIP section, with seating for 4 - because every meal is a party.

OUTDOOR SPACE:

- The front and back yards boast 100% synthetic grass (turf), so you can pretend you're in paradise without the messy mud.
- BBQ grill (complimentary to you, because grilling is basically a sport)
- Gym Equipment: pull-up/dip station, Jump ropes, Battle ropes, yoga mats, and rollers (because beach bodies are made, not born).
- Outdoor Dining: a table for 6 with hanging lights – making your dinner IG-worthy.
- Patio Furniture: Lounge area for 4-6 people and 2 sun loungers (for when you want to soak up the sun without actually moving).

Additional Space (Separate Efficiency Unit):
Located in the backyard, there is a separate efficiency unit featuring its own private entrance and fenced yard area. Please note that this unit is not included in the main house booking and must be reserved separately if additional space is needed. It’s ideal for guests seeking privacy while staying close to the main property.

PARKING:
2 cars max in the driveway, please. Street parking is free. And remember, synthetic grass is for frolicking, not parking. A $500 fine per occurrence will be charged if you turn the lawn into a parking lot.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:
Board games for when you're feeling competitive, Iron and ironing board for when wrinkles attack, washer/dryer for laundry day dramas, 3 inflatable beach lounger sofas for poolside glamour, beach towels for sandy adventures, free high-speed WiFi for virtual escapades, and 3 Smart TVs for your streaming pleasure (because who watches cable anymore ).

NOTE:
For guest and property protection, Ring surveillance is keeping an eye on the front and back. No spying inside – we promise. Mailing packages here is a no-no. Sorry, we don't want to be responsible for your overdue Amazon orders.

BUGS & CRITTERS:
We spray regularly, but hey, Florida's a tropical wonderland. Close the doors if you don't want uninvited guests.

Other things to note:

Home is not childproofed. Supervise those little rascals.
No daily cleaning services (because who needs judgment for not making the bed every day ).
All TVs are smart, so feel free to show off your Netflix queue.
Maintenance workers may drop by, but they'll try not to cramp your style. We'll give you a heads up if they're invading your space.

Guest access
Feel free to roam and make yourself comfortable because 100% of the house is yours to explore and enjoy. The only spots on lockdown are the shed and efficiency. We're not hiding secret treasure chests there (or are we ). Anyway, rest assured, all the magic happens in the parts you can access.
