The spacious living room features a large sectional sofa, cozy fireplace, and TV—ideal for movie nights or laid-back afternoons. Guests enjoy streaming and high-speed WiFi throughout the home.

* **Primary Suite:** King bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and large jetted soaking tub, plus direct access to the screened porch

- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit, Aqua charges a non-refundable fee which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages.
- Payments-50% down upon booking and final payment due 4 weeks prior to your arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Policy may vary per booking channel. NO REFUNDS are given if the cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. Agent will make reasonable efforts to rebook. All cancellations must be in writing and delivered to Agent by mail or email. There is no refund for early departure.
