The property is exactly as described and has everything to make your vacation stress free! The property was extremely clean and the kitchen had everything. The beds were comfortable which allowed for a great night sleep after a sun filled day. Nancy was always available, even late at night when we were lost and had trouble finding the house. Overall this was a great stay and I have already informed Nancy we will be back next summer!

The house is as pictured. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet and neighbors are very friendly. We enjoyed our stay. House is very well stocked. We took our two dogs and it was nice to let them run in the fenced in back yard. Owners are very prompt in getting back to you. Will definitely stay here again!

I’ll start by saying the home is exactly as pictured—beautiful, well-decorated, and located in a lovely neighborhood. It was also physically very clean on the surface. However, the moment we walked in, we were overwhelmed by a strong odor of urine and ammonia. Despite attempts to air it out, the smell persisted and made the space unlivable.The first night was unbearable. The odor was so pervasive that we couldn’t sleep, and it only worsened overnight. Given that my partner is pregnant and became extremely nauseated from the smell, we had no choice but to make other arrangements for our health and comfort.We informed the host the next morning, explained the situation, and kindly asked to cancel the remainder of our stay—offering to pay for the night we had already used. Unfortunately, the host dismissed our concerns, insisting the home had been professionally cleaned and citing her positive reviews (though the most recent one was from October 2024). After that, she stopped responding entirely. Only after we contacted Vrbo for assistance did she reply again, claiming we hadn’t given her a chance. I genuinely loved the look and feel of the house, but the odor was unbearable and seemed embedded in the furniture and various parts of the home. While we understand this is a pet-friendly rental, this level of odor is not acceptable. I’ve attached screenshots of our conversation with the host to support our claim and hope Vrbo will help us resolve this matter.

We had a great stay especially because of how dog-friendly it was! It was wonderful to arrive and see dog bowls already set out for food and water—such a thoughtful touch. The space was comfortable, and we appreciated having a pet-friendly place to relax.That said, while the house was generally clean, it could definitely use a deep cleaning to freshen things up. It didn’t take away from our stay, but a little extra attention to detail would make this place even better.Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to fellow pet owners looking for a welcoming spot to stay!

Great property, we took our small dog and she enjoyed the yard and she had plenty of room to run. The house is on a great street and close to everything. I love the property and will definitely rent it again

Loved the home inside and out!! The front porch and backyard were very inviting for sitting outside. Lots of seating. Neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. It’s close but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Ocean City. It was well stocked with amenities. It was filled with natural light during the day and well lit during the night. Beds were comfy. Decor in every room was just the right touch. Looking forward to staying here again.

A well thought out VRBO. It was a great stay for six adults and a small dog. The whole stay was very delightful and close to extended family.

This home is spacious, yet cozy. It has every essential you may need. Big, fenced-in yard was safe and fun for our dogs. Very short distance to everything we wanted to see and do. It was a turn-key, easy check-in and check-out. I would love to stay here again.

We were there with our son and his two children for five days. We have two dogs? And the fenced in backyard was great. It was a short ride to the beach and my grandchildren spent forever jumping over the waves. The house impressed us s when we strong be a of how clean it was!er had a perfect vacation there. We have had a sadvtrip but nothing to do with this rental. I spoke with owner right before we left. She was very nice n helpful. My husband had food poisoning yesterday. She said if we had to stay longer due to his illness she would call her hotel connections to help us. She went above n beyond in answering any questions n trying to help us.

NIce, comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. The host is wonderful! We'll be back yet again!
