Home Away from Home in Lake Havasu!

My group booked for a bachelorette party and this was the perfect spot. The property owner was accommodating and great at responding to us allowing us to get in and out with ease. The property itself is centrally located and made it a breeze to uber or Lyft to all local bars and to the lake launch sites with in a few minutes. The pool and backyard have plenty of room for tossing a football or just relaxing and tanning. Overall quiet neighborhood. We will be coming back!

We were visiting family from out of state and this house was the perfect location for us. Close to family, the lake and pretty much everything we wanted to see. David was super communicative. Probably the best communication with a VRBO host that we’ve ever had. And we’ve stayed in many vacation homes over the years, so that was very welcome and impressive. That being said we booked the house for the pool, and we barely used it. The water was freezing. I’m a Michigan girl and have swam in plenty of cold water. This was unbearable. That was a little bit of a disappointment. We were given the option to heat it, if we wanted to pay for it. We decided to have it heated. However it really never warmed up enough for us to enjoy it. Which was really unfortunate because it’s such a beautiful pool! We did make good use of the ping pong table though and that was a lot of fun! So, if you’re considering this home for your Lake Havasu vacation, book it! But definitely have the pool pre-heated before you arrive. We never even considered that it wouldn’t be warm enough because of the day time temperatures. Overall 5 star host!

Nice, clean villa, good location. David is an excellent host, allowing us to move in at very short notice when we needed to leave the villa we had originally booked. He didn't even charge us for a couple of days. Lacking a few items but nothing we could not source easily.Our stay was during 21 days of record breaking temperatures and the aircon saved us.

David and his wife were excellent host. You Couldn't find any better. Excellent on everything.

All I can do is thank David for allowing me to stay at his beautiful and super clean home! It was my birthday during Memorial Day weekend. He made it 10x better just for allowing us in. David and his wife’s communication to make sure everything flows perfectly was great! The location of the house is perfect, down the street from the grocery store and about 3-5 minutes from the lake!! Definitely will be back!

We want to thank David and Tanya for great place to stay for our vacation for 3 months it was a great home, great location and we enjoyed it thoroughly. I would recommend it to friends

We thoroughly enjoyed the house that we rented rom David on our trip to Lake Havasu City, AZ.The furnishings and decor inside the home were top notch and felt like a home away from home just like the advertisement says.The house was spotless and equipped with everything you would find in your own home.David the property owner, was awesome to work with, very friendly, treated us like we were long time friends, and made sure we were happy with the accommodations. The location was great also, quite street and friendly neighbors and close to Lake Havasu City's many amenities. We never used a Vrbo, but we would definitely rent again from David through Vrbo. AND the was cheaper for a week than staying at a Motel, AND WE HAD A WHOLE HOUSE!! TOTALLY LOVED IT!!! :)

The home is very accommodating for families and 10 minutes away from the Lake

Beautiful home & everything was near by. We will definitely stay there again.
