Do not rent this property! It’s very dirty and not well maintained. Half our group wanted to leave and not stay our 2nd night.- No check-in email. I had to contact to ask for code- Pictures show the front room (white couches). You will never go in that room. The coffee table no longer has legs. The top is literally laying on the ground- Laminate flooring had liquid stains in multiple spots. Not permanent spots, just floor had never seen a mop- The walls & baseboards super dirty- Hair on one sink and rim of one of the toilets. The rims of the toilets were not wiped down since the last guest. Gross!- Large outdoor area that could be nice, but the yard is not maintained. Not in a good neighborhood so the neighbors yards were pretty sketch too - No shower items. We used a random hand soap we found. Perhaps we should’ve brought our own, but offering mini shower supplies are so common for VRBOs- Our biggest issue… there is an oversized brown leather couch in the living room. First off, it’s way too big for the room. You can barely get around it. Day 1 we sat on it… enjoying that it was pretty comfortable until we stood up. We were COVERED in a dark brown cleaner/leather polish. Picture sitting on wet paint. Went back & forth with the host but she would not cover damages to our clothes. She kept saying we needed ORIGINAL receipts or no payment. Who keeps receipts on previously purchased clothes? 450 with of clothes ruinedDo not rent this filthy property!

The house was close to the course but the was the only positive. The yard was in poor shape and the interior was not very clean. The shower had no hot water. It also has obvious damage visible. There was also a junk car on the street. I would not recommend staying there.

This property is in terrible condition and not livable. Here are a few items of note below. It was so bad I had to leave after one night and find another rental. And now the host will not refund my money. Horrible people and a horrific property. 1. The dishwasher is broken. 2. The garbage disposal is broken and it smells. 3. The house reeks of smoking. 4. The house has not been professionally cleaned. I doubt ever. It is filthy and has additional odors. There is about a dozen potent plug in devices to mask the smell. 5. It just isn’t clean overall. I wiped the dining table down several times and still was dirty. 6. The husband of the host stopped by without notice to tell me something a message or phone call could have solved. 7. The master bed has bed bugs as I got several bites. The host hung up on me when trying to discuss the refund. Do not rent this place.

Very good. Just wish I was aware of the location on a blanket in the master. 4 Stars for sure.

We stayed at the Walker place to attend a practice round at the Masters. Communication was wonderful--all our concerns were addressed very quickly, and the house was very comfortable for the four of us. The only issue we had was when we were leaving. A set of instructions letting us know what was expected would have been helpful. (Do we tear the beds down or leave the linens on or put them into the washer? Do we put out the garbage? Where is the dishwasher soap?) Other than that, we enjoyed our stay--and having the husband come in to set up the KU NCAA game was above and beyond helpful! The other thing we loved was the ability to skirt the Masters traffic when leaving. It was a great place to stay. Thanks for everything you did, and opening

Upon entering the home, there was a strong smell of smoke. The property was not clean. No hand or body soap supplied. I would not recommend this property
