Walking into the home, you are greeted by a bright, open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen full of natural light from several large windows. The living room is furnished with all new furniture, a 60” 4K Ultra HD Smart TV, and several board games, puzzles, and books. The dining area has seating for six and a separate laundry space with a large capacity washer and dryer, which you are welcome to use. In the kitchen, you will find a beautiful new refrigerator, range, microwave,dishwasher, and all of the dishes and cooking utensils you will need to prepare any meal. The first floor master bedroom is very spacious and contains a king size memory foam bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, large bathtub, and walk in closet. Back at the front of the home are the stairs and a half bathroom. Upstairs, the arcade games on the landing are a ton of fun for kids or kids at heart. The first guest bedroom has a queen size memory foam bed, and a double closet. It is connected by a Jack & Jill bathroom to the second guest bedroom, which has two twin memory foam beds and a lighted wardrobe. This home also has a garage with a smart opener and an outdoor patio.
