Home Again: Oceanfront, Pool, Spa, Elevator

Home Again is a well maintained home in an excellent location. The children loved the beach, swimming pool, game room, and the theater room. The adults loved the floor layout, the nicely equipped kitchen, and the cleanliness.

The beautiful beach and property during November at Thanksgiving is a family tradition (over 30 years) you just can’t keep the young ones out of the water! Our grandkids don’t know Thanksgiving anywhere else. Fishing, beach, relaxing and family time are all part of the equation and OBX is the perfect place! The folks at Village Reality are so awesome and accommodating they make it easy to relax and just enjoy the time knowing they will take care of anything that might come up.

We enjoyed our stay at Welcome Home as we have in prior years. However, we are not happy with the response from Village Realty regarding the ice maker on the top floor. We reported on the second day of our stay that it was not working. No one came the day we called. Got a message saying someone would be there the next day. When no one came by the following afternoon, we called again and finally someone showed up. After the repairman came, he agreed that the ice maker was not working, we were told he could not fix it. After a repairman showed up a day or two later, he told us he had to order a part. We were at the property for a two week stay and that is the last that we heard from Village Realty about the ice maker. When we inquired, we were told that the part was delayed because of the hurricane???? It would have been nice if someone had called to tell us that. We did not have use of the ice maker for the entire two week stay! We are certainly not happy with Village Realty at this point.

This was our first trip to the Outer Banks and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. This house has everything you need for a relaxing vacation on the beach. We can't thank the owners enough for allowing us to stay here. The game room, the movie theater, the tiki bar and all the Little instructions everywhere just where you needed them. We enjoyed all of it! Everything was top notch. We look forward to returning.

are stay-at-home again was nice and everything in the house was was great and we was well taken care of but by you and the homeowner has been a well nice job thank you for allowing us to rent your property and we would recommend this house to our friends and to our family to rent once again thank you

This is an amazing house with all the possible amenities (game room, movie theater, chef's kitchen and beautiful open floor plan) that anyone could ask for! We had a wonderfully memorable reunion with our friends and hope to return.

We had a wonderful time. Did wish the house would have had some beach chairs to use (hint....hint). The kitchen and all it's supplies were great and the game room was a big hit with everyone.
