Hollywood Hills of Tucson: 20 Acres, Pool, Hot Tub

Everyone loved the house. We had a great time.

Everything was absolutely perfect!! We loved the pool and hot tub, sitting on both the front and back patios, comfy beds and couches! The views were beautiful and it was very quiet and peaceful. One morning we saw three javelinas outside in the driveway! We can’t wait to come back and visit again!

We stayed at this amazing home/property for 4 nights this spring break. House is large (larger than the pictures) and beautifully decorated. Loved that all the remodeled keep the quirks/character of the old home (cabinets, tiles in bathroom). Living room couch, all 4 of us can sleep on it without touching each other! Kitchen was large and had everything we needed. Loved the window over the sink that looked towards town, beautiful view as I juiced limes for margaritas. Master bed was comfortable as master shower. Other bath was great, good shower. Kids slept perfectly in each of the bedrooms. Property is insane! Big grounds with lots of saguaros one by pool and lots up front. Loved walks in the morning and at dusk. The front of the house is the sunset area but in back by pool it is amazing too! Looking at the stars at night was our favorite family activity. Sunrises were also a favorite activity for the kids on the huge sofa. Our kids loved playing in the pool, lots of floats to use.

We traveled south from Oregon to stay at this lovely property and get out of the rain. The house and pool exceeded our expectations, was an excellent fit for our family and we hope to go back next year! Thank you!

This home is lovely MCM elegance. Amazing views, location and features. We enjoyed the hot tub and even cold dips in the pool. Hosts were so accommodating and nice. A true gem in the desert. Love love loved it.

This house is a gem. Beautifully restored and updated home on 20 acres in the foothills. the living room is an amazing place for friends to hang out and watch the sunset and warm up by the fire. The kitchen is well stocked with everything anyone would need for all meals. Great coffee setup. Pool area and pool house were really nice. Safe. Quiet. We loved our stay and hope to come back. No complaints, no issues, no worries. Awesome.

This is one of the best VRBOs we've ever stayed at. A well restored, classic desert mid-century house that was perfect for two couples, but would also be great for kids. Very quiet location, amazing views of Tucson from the hills. Very safe. Well stocked kitchen made it easy to cook all meals here. Pool, hot tub and a serene setting.

We loved this home. The day and night views of Tucson were spectacular, and the house was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped. It was a great home base for exploring with easy access to mountain biking at Tucson Mountain Park and a short drive to downtown Tucson. Communication and access were easy. We'd love to come back.

This was the perfect house for our golf trip. Plenty of room and beautiful views. Will be returning.

Perfect home away from home, incredible views, close to hiking and other adventures. Enjoyed Tucson Adventure Rental side by side trip up to Mt. Lemmon. This was our second stay here and hope it will always be available when we come to Tucson! We love the home and area so much we actually went to some open houses in the area! But as long as we can keep coming to this Hollywood Hills home...

We were in awe of the views the whole time. The house is well prepared for families with small children, which we appreciate. Felt like staying in a resort on our vacation visiting family and friends.

Wow, Wow, Wow... stunning mid century with gorgeous views, sunsets and sunrises from everywhere. The pool and hot tub were perfect. we didn't watch much TV but there is a 60 (I think) smart tv with a top of the line Sonos sound system (I have one too) even for the pool and hot tub area. We will definitely stay again. We were there for our grand daughter's birthday. She is a freshman at University of Arizona. The home is 15-18 minutes from literally everything. Amazing!!

We absolutely loved our stay. From the location and the amazing view, to the decor and morning/evening swims and jacuzzi soaks, we found ourselves saying “We love it here” over and over again. Questions were quickly answered by the hosts. Thanks for the wonderful memories!

We love the house and the amazing views. The home is a short drive to the UofA campus. We dropped our kids off at college and used the house for a vacation and home-base for an entire week. It’s about a 15 minute drive from the University and there is great hiking nearby. Check out/in process was seamless. The expresso machine was a nice addition. We enjoyed the pool and back yard seating. Th living room couch and seating area is very welcoming. This house has many vintage touches while also modern at the same time. Finally, the owners /property team was very responsive and helpful during our stay.

This house was perfect for our stay. We needed some comfortable place to have peace from the city life as we attended a funeral. The sunrises and sunsets were gorgeous (could have a bench or chair out front). Storms in monsoon season were tricky at times but it has been a wet year for Tucson. The management company was quick to come to the house and clean up. The open kitchen and living room was great to have a few family members over. Really enjoyed this house. Clean Pool and hot tub were a real plus. We would definitely stay again!

What a great week away with my best friend!! Exactly what we wanted with a pool and a view and such privacy!Altho some of the elements of the home are older they could not be in better shape...the tile in the bathrooms was amazing and sooo clean! Everything was extremely clean from the floors to the bathrooms. All adds such wonderful character to the home....we would definitely stay again!!
