Welcome to Holly’s Garden, a charming 2-bedroom canal-front home located on the desirable north end of Anna Maria Island. This peaceful coastal escape offers tranquil water views, a private dock, and easy access to Tampa Bay—perfect for boating, kayaking, fishing, and paddleboarding. Just a short walk or bike ride to the beach, Pine Avenue shops, dining, and the historic City Pier. With its relaxed island vibe and prime location, Holly’s Garden is the perfect getaway for your next island vacation.

PETS: Dogs are allowed with prior approval. Must be well trained and less than 50lbs. 2 dogs max. A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet.

NOTE: For security and insurance purposes, there are exterior-only video cameras on the premises.

3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.
