Located centrally in Sunriver, Holly Lane 4 is just a short bike ride to Fort Rock Park and offers the perfect blend of peace and tranquility with all the comforts of home. Enjoy your morning coffee and the sunrise from the back deck. Relax andnap, read, play games, or explore during the day, then hop in the hot tub and watch the stars twinkle at night.

The open-concept living area features comfortable leather furnishings, a pub-style chess table, a gas fireplace, and a large TV. Adjacent is the dining room, with views of the back yard and access to the spacious deck with gas BBQ. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals for the group, and the roomy island, complete with seating for four, creates the perfect space to hang out and chat while you cook.

On this level, you’ll find two ensuite bedrooms, nicely separated for privacy. The first bedroom features a queen bed and private bathroom with shower/tub combo. Bedroom two is a queen ensuite with cable TV, DVD player and a private, attached bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Upstairs you’ll find the loft with a second gas fireplace, large TV, and a pub-style checkers table - a great spot for the kids to play games or watch a movie. Two bedrooms are separated by the loft.
