Beautiful villa in Moraira, fully equipped and built on two separate, independent levels. The upper floor consists of a spacious entrance area, living room with open fireplace, kitchen with breakfast bar and access to the dining room with a south-facing glazed wall with views over the valley and the sea. The master bedroom with air conditioning, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with double sinks. Also available is a second bedroom and a second bathroom. The basement with access via a covered terrace consists of an open living-dining area with American kitchen, a master bedroom with en-suite shower room and direct access to the pool area, and a second bedroom. The property includes a wonderful pool with access to the beach and a garden with lawn and Mediterranean plants, as well as a shady covered terrace. Our Villa Hermosa is located in Moraira, close to the towns of Calpe and Jávea. Moraira itself offers a wide range of shops, bars, restaurants and has a harbor, sandy beaches and rocky caves. The restaurants right by the sea are famous.
Teulada-Morairahas got so much to live and explore that one visit simply won’t be enough. The destination issteeped in historyand offers the mostincredible naturescapesthat are calling out to be explored. There are also all sorts offestivals and traditions that are still very much alivein the municipality where you can soak up the customs of the Region of Valencia.
But first things first. The destination isdivided into two distinct areas:Teulada, which is in the inland, and Moraira, a few kilometres away, which is on the coast.
What to see in Teulada-Moraira
Tourism in Teulada-Moraira comes in all shapes and sizes. If you are looking to laze in the sun and dip into crystalline waters, there’s no better place thanLes Platgetes. Thesetwo beautiful coves are bursting with biodiversitywhich you can gawp at through your snorkel and goggles.
Continuing on the theme of coves, you also won’t want to missCap Blanc, El Portixolet, L’Andragó and Llebeig. These little slices of paradise are home to all sorts of wildlife and some of them are populated with old fishing properties.
