Martini 264 in the beach park Baabe. The house in Scandinavian wood construction is located directly behind the dunes about 60 meters from the beach.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Costs for electricity (0.35 �� / kWh) and water (7.50 € / cubic meter) according to consumption (prices without guarantee);
Tourist tax must be paid locally.
Bed and bath linen can be ordered upon request.
Security deposit of 150, - € is payable in advance and will be charged with the additional costs. In the New Year's Eve a deposit of 200, - € is due.

Enjoy a relaxing holiday in the spacious living and dining area with modern fireplace and an open fully equipped kitchen.

Have a good breakfast on the sun terrace or enjoy a cup of coffee from the Senseo coffee pod machine on the balcony overlooking the sea.

The terrace can be easily reached from the living room and a wonderful day with a glass of wine.

After an eventful day on the island of Rügen, the whirlpool and sauna in the large, partially modernized bathroom invite you to relax and unwind.

In winter and on cooler days you can spend a cozy evening by the crackling modern fireplace. The electric underfloor heating in the basement also ensures pleasant warmth. In the cozy sitting area of the gallery, you can read in peace, if the weather does not play along.

For our little guests, the house is equipped with a high chair, travel cot with additional mattress, children's footstool and children's toilet seat. There are also children's books and children's games, and a DVD player with a selection of children's and adult films is available.
