In a quiet location in the village of Markoni, near Labin and Rabac, is this authentic Istrian house, ideal for guests who want to stay in nature and horse riding enthusiasts. The property is surrounded by greenery, with plenty of open space suitable for children to play and spend time in the fresh air. The entire property offers a beautiful view of the sea. The house was built in the original Istrian style and is rustically furnished. The owner lives in the second half of the house and runsa ranch with horses on the same property, which gives the stay a special rural atmosphere and makes this property interesting for nature and animal lovers. On the ground floor there is a tavern (large kitchen) with an indoor fireplace and a dining room. The first floor consists of a smaller kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom. On the second floor there is a living room, kitchen and bedroom. The attic offers additional sleeping space, which is accessed from the living room by a very steep staircase; the lowest ceiling height is 1.3 m. There is also a small lake and caves on the property that can be visited. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking and various outdoor activities.
