Holiday house facing the sea

Holiday house, facing south, sea view, not overlooked, terrace, garden.

House on two levels:
- ground floor: entrance, wc, lounge / dining room, open kitchen, 1 bedroom with adjoining bathroom.
The living / dining room and the kitchen overlook the terrace above the garden.
The bedroom and the adjoining bathroom overlook the garden.
All facing the sea.

- Downstairs: 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room with toilet and 1 utility room.
1 bedroom with 1 double bed,1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, and adjoining a small dormitory room of 12m² with 3 single beds including 2 bunk beds (you have to go through the bedroom with 1 double bed to go in the dorm. These 2 adjoining rooms are generally used for a family with a couple and children).
The rooms all overlook the garden facing the sea.

So in all:
5 bedrooms and 11 beds (3 bedrooms with double bed (140 beds), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (2 of which are bunk beds).

Very holiday decoration with a Mediterranean spirit (wicker, travel furniture, white exterior walls, olive trees ...)

Terrace with garden furniture and a built-in barbecue.

Garden all around the house:
- arriving from the road, parking part (4 cars possible), then driveway or staircase to reach the house.
- sea side, after the house: a part maintained in front of the house (olive trees, flowers ...) and a second part below, very large, sloping, trees (fir, walnut, 2 apple trees ...) with small inaccessible paths and parts (brambles, nettles ...). The small path with some difficulties (high steps, stones or trunks to climb over, etc.) gives access to the customs trail.

Equipment: wifi, tv, dvd player, stereo, bluetooth speaker, hair dryer, iron, oven, microwave oven, fireplace, barbecue, ping-pong table, cot + everything you need (deckchair, bath seat , booster, pot ...)…

Please note: Abritel places the house badly on the map, we are rather 1.5 km from the center of Trébeurden (bakery, butcher, restaurants, crêperie, Intermarché ....) and 2.5 km from the port (sailing school, restaurants, bar, disco ...)

Trebeurden: many beaches, port, market, sailing school, boat trip, shore fishing, and various fisheries, diving, walking (Millau Island, Castel, customs trail…), Tourist Office, free shows in summer for children (and adults), festnoz, festivals, disco…
Ile Grande: Megalithic covered alley, LPO (Bird Protection League) conservation center, very varied beaches (rocks, dunes, etc.)
Ploemeur-Bodou (5km) tree climbing, horse riding, tourist park: Gallic village.
Lannion (10km):
Baie de Lannion: Yaudet site, panorama over the mouth of the Leguer coastal river, coastal river, a stone's throw away: the small port of Locquemeau
Lannion: historic monuments, beautiful shops, crafts, cinema ...
In Perros-Guirec: seaside resort, casinos, sea trips (7 islands, bird islands ...) ...
Throughout the pink granite region: magnificent hikes, flea markets, garage sales….
