The holiday home, built in 1920 and renovated in 2015, is a terraced house furnished in the typical local style. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, on the outskirts of the village. Available for exclusive use are: barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. Storage room for bicycles and bike path at the holiday home.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 2 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 65 sqm and can accommodate upto 4 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is covered and ground level and leads over a 10 sqm terrace directly in the hallway. The rooms are divided as follows: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen 15 sqm and with TV, gas stove (3 burners), electric cooker (1 board), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer) and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and electric iron. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Lopar. The holiday home is located on an enclosed property. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a road (asphalted). Parking on the street in front of the house.
