An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). The entrance leads directly in the hallway. Ground floor: Living room with lounge and TV. You have access to the covered terrace with garden furniture, 2 tables and 12 chairs. Bedroom with 2 single beds. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (150 l, freezer), microwave and coffee machine. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
Upper floor: 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per cable. Stations in different languages.


Location
Siófok, 160 m a.s.l. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The building is situated on the hill of Siófok, in a quiet detached-house neighbourhood. Therefore, no loud events or parties may be held on site. It is important to observe quiet hours! High-powered speakers are not permitted. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.
