Holiday home with pool suitable for families and groups

The detached holiday house, built in 1472 and renovated in 2015, is furnished in a rustic style typical of the region. The property is popular also because of the view from the grounds of the mountains and its quiet, sunny and secluded location on the edge of the forest. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children’s playground, swing, sandpit, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, fire pit and dog kennel. In the winter season, the pool, children’s playground and the covered terrace remain closed! During this time, no garden furniture is available either. The accommodation provides only standard (summer) bedding; if you require additional blankets, you must bring them with you.


Your holiday house
Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 10 rooms (from which 7 bedrooms), is 374 sqm and can accommodate up to 20 persons. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). There is an open fireplace in the dining room. There is a wood-burning stove in the living room and the dining kitchen. In the period from 27.04. to 16.10. the rental price includes wood and 5 cubic metres of gas (which is normally sufficient for hot water in summer). The entrance leads over 5 steps directly in the kitchen living with lounge. The Borgo consists of several houses and levels. Part of the bedroom and bathroom is also accessible at ground level. There are two entrance ways available. Once over the kitchen and once over the dining room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Common room 60 sqm and with lounge, DVD, stereo system and In this games room there are billiards, table football, a library and a games collection. The games room cannot be used during the winter months. You have access to the covered terrace. Bedroom as intersecting room, 15 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed, radio, CD and this room is the bedroom Rimini. Bedroom 12 sqm and with 1 double bed and the bedroom San Marino has a shared bathroom with the bedroom Rimini next door (own unit with separate access). Bathroom 10 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and belongs to the rooms Rimini and San Marino.
Higher ground floor: Living room 70 sqm and with fireplace, lounge, TV, DVD, stereo system, radio and CD. Dining room 45 sqm and with fireplace, dinette and the kitchen is immediately next to the dining room and another room and a toilet. The dinette offers space for 20 persons. Bedroom 14 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed and the bedroom Urbino has a bathroom. Bedroom 12 sqm and with 1 double bed and the bedroom Peglio has a bathroom. Kitchen 8 sqm and with dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and it is the preparation kitchen for the dining room next door. Storeroom in the hallway with next to the kitchen and the dining room with toilet, shower and washing machine. Bathroom 5 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and belongs to the room Urbino. Location
Urbino, 500 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 27,000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Ca Piero is a medieval borgo (hamlet) consisting of two small cottages and two larger housing units. IMPORTANT: You always rent the borgo exclusively. That is, only you have Ca Piero at your disposal. A small part of the large park-like property is fenced, so you can also bring your dog. The borgo Ca Piero is situated alone on the top of a hill. Thus you have a fantastic panoramic view of the landscapes of the Marche, Umbria, Tuscany and the Adriatic coast. Access is via a field or forest track (gravel or crushed stone, length 300 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking on the property and a parking space in the village (distance 10 m). The car park is located directly on the property and is secure.


Special
Central heating (gas). There is an open fireplace in the dining room. A wood-burning stove is available in the living room and eat-in kitchen. During the period from 27/04 to 16/10, firewood and 5 cubic metres of gas are included in the rental price (this is usually sufficient for hot water in summer). Children’s toys, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. TV reception is via satellite. The satellite connection enables television programmes in multiple languages.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector, smoke detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-June to mid-September, 9 m x 11 m, 1.40 m deep). Children's pool. The pool area is cleaned weekly. The costs for this are also included in the additional costs flat rate.
