Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 2 rooms (from which 1 bedroom), is 60 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating. The rooms are dividedas follows: Living room with 1 double bed and 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, dinette, TV, DVD and CD. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Cooking nook in the living room with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove, electric cooker, oven, refrigerator (30 l, freezer), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, WC and bidet.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Ližnjan, district Šišan. The holiday house is located on a 200 sq m enclosed plot. The landlord lives in the house only temporarily, but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars).

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to end of September, 4 m x 6 m, 1.5 m deep).
