The residence is popular also due to its quiet location. Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is120 sqm and can accommodate up to 7 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with stove in all rooms (gas). The entrance leads over a 6 sqm terrace directly in the kitchen. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and window. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchenette with gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (160 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Separate toilet with WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, toys, baby bed and high chair for children. TV or radio channel can be received per cable.


Location
Siofok. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The house is on the corner, so there are 2 gate entrances. The house itself also has 2 entrances, both of which are accessible via a covered terrace. You can have peace and quiet in the garden and the children have enough space to play. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property.
