The air conditioning unit is located upstairs in a bedroom. The entrance is ground level. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with dinette and TV. You have access to the terrace. American kitchen with gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and washing machine. Separate toilet with WC.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds and 1 additional bed. Bathroom with with shower, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday home is situated on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the property.
