The holiday home, built in 1874 and renovated in 2012, is a semi-detached house and is rustically furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre, close to the old town. The domicile is also popular due to its sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: terrace and garden furniture.

Vrbnik, 45 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 20 sq m open plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house. Access is via a fieldor forest track (length 400 m). Parking in a car park in the town (distance 300 m). Central car park for a fee.
