The care put into this property is very visible right when you walk in. It was everything we expected and more. Thank you so much for letting us stay.

This vacation rental is conveniently located close to Disney World and Universal Studios. The property is located in a gated community. It was clean and air-conditioning was working well, which was much needed for the humid tropical weather in Florida. Dan (the property manager) was prompt in responding to questions and requests. He was flexible enough to allow us to check-in early at no additional cost. One recommendation is for the property to include two gate key cards so that tenants will be able to enter the complex freely without having to dial keypad to request for entry. Especially, since travelers may be traveling with multiple cars.

First off, the owner was great in working with us on some last-minute changes. The onsite manager was great. And for our needs the place and the location was perfect. I would recommend it to others.

Great experience!! Owner/host was very helpful. House was well equipped, everything we needed was handy. Clean!! Easy trip to Disney and Universal, also what looked like a really cool water park just down the street. If you don't want to cook there are many restaurants close too. Outstanding!!!

I booked this stay for my family trip to Disney World. It was the perfect place to come back to after a long day in the theme parks. It had everything we needed and extras like a crock-pot, extra towels, etc. It really was like a home away from home. No bugs, clean, great amenities. It was also wonderful that the Disney parks were at the most a 20 minute drive. We will definitely be booking here anytime we are staying in the Orlando area again!!

Everything was great! Close to Disney and Universal. We could see the fireworks at Disney from the driveway! Would definitely recommend staying here!

My wife, a friend of hers and I had a very nice Thanksgiving Weekend staying at this property. We were in town for a Disney World trip. The host was very responsive over text. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, water pressure in the shower was good. Very nice stay for a reasonable price and a short drive to Disney.

Great spot to be able to rest after a few long days at Universal! My husband and I were very comfortable, listing was accurate and check in/check out was easy.

We enjoyed staying at the house. It's a nice quiet neighborhood and everyone waved as we passed by them.Watching the Disney fireworks from the driveway was unexpected, but also fun.We will definitely look forward to trying to stay there again.

Location was perfect for my needs. Owner and housekeeper could not have been more accommodating. The house was immaculate and well stocked. Highly recommend.

Beautiful condo with a nice view. Multiple swimming pools with hot tubs wear a nice feature. Enjoyed being in close proximity of stores also. Would highly recommend if anyone needs a place to stay in the area.

This is our second time here. It’s clean, quiet, and was well equipped with everything needed. Looking forward to our next trip.

I had an excellent stay here. Dan was very welcoming and patient explaining all the details for the check-in/out, amenities and such. The place is really relaxing, close to most parks (especially Disney) and family friendly. My family and I felt safe and comfortable. We would choose this place all over again and most probably in the near future.

We had a fantastic time at this home for our trip to Disney World. The house is very conveniently located in a clean, quiet neighborhood with excellent community amenities. The house has been well maintained and communication with our host was ready. We would definitely come back here again?

Property was located within a mile of all the major restaurants, easy access to the freeways, and less than 6 miles to the Disney World parks. Quite location and is perfect for a family of 6-8.

There was an issue with the A/C when we first arrived but they were quick to resolve it. The house was the perfect size for my family and a 10 min drive to Disney World. Everything was clean and well maintained.

We recently stayed in this home for our 2 week Florida vacation. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was very close to Disney and about 30 minutes from Universal. The property had great pools to visit that my kids loved. We would definitely stay there again.
