The location is secluded with only one neighbor and a large protected plot as the nearest neighbor. The house was carefully renovated in 2024 with a new kitchen and extended family room.

The light pine floor and ceiling create a cozy atmosphere, while large windows on three sides of the living room provide fantastic light. The modernkitchen and new wood-burning stove blend elegantly with the cottage atmosphere. The walls are painted in a modern nougat brown, which contrasts nicely with the light wood elements.

The grounds feature wild heather and lovely outdoor areas. In the utility room, you will find a washing machine and an extra refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The area is perfect for long walks in different directions, so no two days are the same.

You can enjoy the shallow sandy beach at Femmøller, visit Mols Bjerge National Park, or explore the town of Ebeltoft with its harbor, the frigate Jylland, and the museum of glass art. The area also offers cozy eateries such as Manzana Tapasbar and Maltfabrikken, all within a 15-minute drive.
