Family friendly villa with private pool just 10 minutes walk from La Bomba beach in Torrenueva La Cala.

Here you can really have a nice holiday in quiet surroundings and with a beautiful view.

The home has been newly renovated in a modern Scandinavian style and is on 2 floors.

Here you have plenty of space and there are several terraces, a view and a lovely private pool area with sunbeds.

The space

Large fully equipped modern open kitchen with diningarea, living room with corner sofa and TV. On this floor you also have a toilet. There is access to a lovely large terrace with lounge furniture, barbecue and a beautiful view out to the Mediterranean. From here there are stairs down to the pool area.

Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms all with built-in wardrobes and 2 bathrooms with shower.

1 bedroom has 2 single beds. 1 bedroom has a queen size bed. 1 bedroom has a double bed and in this room you also have 2 chairs that can be folded out to 2 single beds.

On this floor you also have a nice terrace with stairs leading down to the pool area.

There is full air conditioning throughout the house, both hot and cold.

Free wifi and TV in almost all languages.

You can walk to almost everything, but we recommend a car as the property is slightly uphill.

Other things to note

The outdoor area has many stairs, due to the many terraces and the pool area.

One of the guests must be over 25 years old as we do not allow loud music and parties as the property is in a residential area.
