Your holiday houseconsists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 100 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance leads directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge, dinette and TV. You have access to the 10 sqm terrace with garden furniture. Cooking nook in the living room with dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, refrigerator (20 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine and Kitchen towels. You have access to the terrace. Separate toilet with WC.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the 5 sqm balcony with garden furniture. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 additional bed at bed (smaller 2.00 x 0.90 m). Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Ližnjan. The holiday home is located on a 320 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and shrubs, bordered by a wall. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street. Parking (for 1 car).

Ližnjan: diving 1000 m and fishing 800 m. Water sports opportunities, boat rental each 2 km in Medulin.
