On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). The entrance is covered and ground level and leads over 1 step and an external stair directly in the vestibule with doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows: Eat-in kitchen 10 sqm and with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa (appropriate under 10 years), dinette and 2 lapos villanyfőző, hűtőszekrény, konyhai tároló, mosogató, minden szükséges főző edény, ruhásszekrény. The dinette offers space for 2 persons. Bedroom 12 sqm and with 1 double bed and TV. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen 10 sqm and with dinette, electric cooker (2 plates), refrigerator (80 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 2 persons. Bathroom 3 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, hairdryer and window. Separate toilet 1 sqm and with 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per cable. Programs in German, English, French, Italian, Hungarian.


Location
Siófok, district Széplak-felsö. The holiday home is located on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. A beautifully maintained garden can be seen from the window. Separate garden furniture is available. Access is via a side street (asphalted, length 300 m). Parking (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house.
