Holiday Home in Bad Bentheim with Sauna

This restyled, semi-detached holiday home is located in the expansive Ferienresort Bad Bentheim holiday park. It's not far from the Dutch/German border, 20 km south of Nordhorn.

The holiday home is fully and comfortably furnished and consists of two floors. On the ground floor you will find a living room featuring a TV with streaming functions. This allows you to stream apps from your tablet or phone to the TV via your own accounts. There is also an open plan kitchen with a dishwasherand microwave. There is a separate toilet in the hall. On the first floor there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and TV and two with two single beds each. There are two bathrooms with underfloor heating. One has a bathtub, while the other has a walk-in shower and a traditional sauna. Here you can relax and completely unwind. There is also a separate toilet upstairs.

Outside there is a lovely garden with a terrace and garden furniture, including two sun loungers. A storage room with a washing machine and dryer is available. There's parking for one car at the holiday home.

At the Ferienresort Bad Bentheim holiday park, various holiday homes and villas for four to fourteen people are available for booking.

Note: Kitchen closure - The main kitchen will be closed from June 15 up to and including June 19. As an alternative, a barbecue will be organized on these evenings. There will be no à la carte menu available.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
Pets will be allowed on request only and a mandatory final cleaning fee applies
Pets need to be mentioned during the booking process due to limited availability

For groups (such as groups of friends), young people and last-minute bookings, a deposit of € 50 p..p. / 500 p.p. may apply.
If boat rental is included at the accommodation, or if the stay coincides with local fairs and festivals, a security deposit may be charged.
