The detached holiday home, built in 1900 and renovated in 2015, is a terraced house, rustic and furnished in the typical local style. The property is popular due to the view from the grounds over the forests and its quiet and secluded location at the edge of the forest and by the water. Available for shared use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, garden shower, barbecue area, terrace and garden furniture.


Your holiday house
Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 90 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating and underfloor heating. Open fireplace. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the kitchen living. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room / bedroom with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, fireplace, lounge, dinette, TV, DVD and radio. You have access to the 8 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 4 chairs. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with dinette, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the terrace. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 single bed. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and baby bed. TV or radio channel can be received per antenna and satellite.


Location
Buzet, Kotli district. The holiday home is located on a 5,000 sqm open, enclosed riverside and woodland plot with flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The entire property belongs to an old Istrian village with a total of 8 stone holiday houses. The complex is suitable for families or for a larger group. The properties IST PAZ 068 (5 persons), IST PAZ 069 (4 persons), IST PAZ 070 (4 persons), IST PAZ 071 (4 persons), IST PAZ 072 (5 persons), IST PAZ 073 (2 persons), IST PAZ 074 (2 persons) and IST PAZ 075 (4 persons) are located on the same property. This is a place that is listed under rural heritage protection, and therefore the entire village is not asphalted. The Mirna flows through the village. Its small waterfalls deepen the stones and form cauldron-shaped holes in the rock, hence the village name “Kotli” (Kettles). Access is via a side road (asphalt, gravel or crushed stone).
