Not far from the center of Callantsoog and the beautiful beach (approximately 6-8 minutes by bike, approximately 1-2 minutes by car and approximately 20 minutes on foot), surrounded by tulip fields and a nature reserve, this villa is located in the quiet and very well-kept holiday park “Buitenplaats”.

The style ofthe house with thatched roof seems to come from 'grandmother's time'. A lovely lawn and two parking spaces complete the picture.

On the ground floor there is a large living and dining room, an open kitchen, a separate storage room and the entrance hall with guest toilet. On the top floor there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom with sink, bath, toilet and separate shower. The interior is romantic and leaves nothing to be desired.
