Very comfortable holiday home within walking distance to the surfing beach of Chiton Rocks. Situated off Port Elliot Road.

Accommodation for 6 in three bedrooms, one queen bed, one double bed and two single beds all with electric blankets plus two sofa beds, one in the main living area and one in the lounge room for 4 extra guest

Open plan living, meals and kitchen area with r/cycle air conditioning. Television, DVD player and VCR. Fully self contained kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Separate lounge room with television, R/C air conditioner.

Main bathroom with shower, separate bath and vanity. Separate toilet. Ensuite of the main bedroom with shower, vanity and toilet. Laundry facilities include washing machine and dryer.
Barbecue in shed available for use.

No Wifi at the property
Pets are not permitted. (Penalties will apply if pet policy is breached.)

Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.
Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 60-30 days of arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.
A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.
Cancellations or refund requests by guests on arrival or during occupancy as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Escape Holiday Rentals will not be refunded. RLA298101.

Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re-let the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to Retain the payment received if we are unable to re-let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.

    Useful location between Victor and Pt Elliot. House clean and comfortable. Electric blankets a big plus for climbing into bed in winter. No complaints from any of us. We enjoyed the house and touring the area. More than happy to stay at the same property again if we were to return for another visit.

    Its location is great between Victor Harbor and Port Elliot, the choice to visit places is huge. The house itself is comfortable with amenities for the family. I can recommend it to anyone that wants to have a great holiday with the comfort of a home.

    Amazing and comfortable place. Everything was well organised and kept. Felt like home. Sad we were there for only 5 days. Location was good. Only thing there was no fence on one side so had a little fear that people are keeping a watch . Rest perfect

    This house has everything you need for a great holiday. Walking distance to Chiton Beach. Plenty of parking and lots of space for family.

    I stayed here with my wife, 1 y/o daughter, sister and mother for a short getaway and we really enjoyed the house and would certainly stay again in the future. The house is large with a modern layout, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two living spaces (one of these which can be used as an additional bedroom). The house was clean and tidy upon arrival. All linen was provided. The main kitchen / living / dining is a large area suitable for groups. There was plenty of entertainment (VHS videos / board games / toys for my daughter) at the house. There is plenty of off street parking. The house isn't super close to the beach but it is easy enough to get everywhere by car. Recommendations to improve the house would be to - modernise the technology and provide wireless internet - install curtains in the master bedroom and second living space to block out light - and install a pergola outside the back door to add an outdoor dining area.

    A reasonably clean and spacious space for our gang of four. A 10 minute walk to the beach; a 5 minute walk to a wetland with plenty of birdlife, including a family of cygnets; a short drive to Port Elliot, Oyster George and Horseshoe Bay; and a rewarding bicycle ride to Goolwa. The only disappointing aspect was that only one of their bicycles was roadworthy, which meant we hired the other bicycles we required from the Port Elliot Holiday Park.
