Stayed Jun 29, 2023This property was perfect for a family of 6 to stay for a week in montauk. The house was very clean and much bigger than the pictures give credit for. Location is perfect and access to the private beach is great for families and easy to walk too. Tom was an excellent host and very responsive to any questions we had, snd went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a beach getaway!

Stayed Sep 16, 2022The house was just as pictured and detailed in the listing, and the host was very helpful and unresponsive. What was not disclosed to us prior to our trip in September 2022 was that there is a massive construction project happening immediately next door (3 large homes being built) so we were awoken each morning (even Saturday) before 8am to drilling, hammering, excavating etc. We wish this had been disclosed in advance as it really affected our experience and our ability to utilize the outdoor space.

Stayed Oct 8, 2021A perfect weekend away. It was exactly what we were looking for. A great house for a family of 6 to get away and spend time together. The roof deck had great views and the living room was spacious and connected to dining room area where we could all sit and be together. The check in process was easy and Tom was very responsive. Overall a wonderful trip.
