Stayed Jul 23, 2025This house is well-stocked with many more kitchen supplies, pool toys, linens, beach chairs, and board games than you will ever need. For our family of 5 adults plus friends here and there, the four bedrooms and 4 full baths worked out nicely. We took advantage of the many outdoor spaces to dine outdoors, swim in the pool, and play bocce on the lawn. The close proximity to the fabulous Montauk beaches made beach days easy. The owner is very generous and responsive!

Stayed Aug 20, 2022Nice family house. Good layout. Short drive to wonderful public beach. The house is perfectly stocked and ready to go. The pool was big and clean. Good outdoor space. Nice and private in a good neighborhood. Can’t go wrong here.
