Hither Hills Beach House with Heated Pool and Private Ocean Beach Access

Very pleased with decision to stay at Tricia Lynn’s home. The house was perfect. Great location in Montauk. Host is excellent. Would definitely stay again. Perfect for families. HH beach access is so convenient.

Stayed at this property with my wife and two small children. The living area upstairs was perfect with the open set up and wrap around porch! The location was great with a short drive / walk to beach and the town of Montauk. I property could use a little TLC for linens, outdoor light bulbs and towels. Otherwise, it was a 10/10.

House was in excellent condition with plenty of amenities with premium access to the local ocean beaches. Highly recommend for families.

This property was very functional, quiet, and spacious. Having been a vacationer for a few years in Montauk as a family with adult children, we could all spread out. The beach access /parking pass helped significantly to make our 'beach days' precious and relaxed. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, quiet, upscale neighborhood with great access to beach; close to town. The heated pool was wonderful and the gardens are very nice. Some of the furniture needs replacing (rusty table on deck, rotting teak furniture by the pool). The windows in the twin bedroom were dirty. Wire hangers in closets with many plastic dry cleaning bags; old pillows piled on closet shelves emitting musty odors were unappreciated. The family room chairs need to be replaced. But the kitchen was clean and nice; great appliances and beautiful granite. Sturdy composite deck on upper level with lovely breezes, surrounded by mature trees. We saw a hummingbird in the garden! Overall, we liked the place very much and had a wonderful time there for a long weekend. We would definitely go back!

Property was the perfect location. Met and surpassed our expectations.

Lovely home that could use new bed linens and a new deck. Not safe for young children. The lower level had a moldy smell and caused allergic reaction to some. Pool was great. Also until I received the information packet the day before arrival, I was unaware we were responsible to bring all our trash to the recycle center and were given no details on sorting of trash. Great location!!

Everything was great about this house, particularly the pool, the peaceful neighborhood, the modern kitchen and the easy access to a big, uncrowded beach.

It was a great location, well prepared and very suitable for our needs.

This is now our third straight summer renting this property, and we absolutely love it. The location is perfect and the house comes with a beach parking pass/key to a private ocean front beach. The house is always perfect on our arrival and communication with the owner/house manager during our stay is very easy. We can't wait to come back next year.
