Historic Woodlawn Park Home

Great place for our family to stay. We were in town for a wedding and it was great finding a place that we could all stay at and be together. The location was perfect too.

It's a lovely house in a cute neighborhood.

The host and accomodations were great. The location were great for what as well.

The property and property manager were absolutely wonderful! We had everything we needed and a great location. Hayley was very gracious in accommodating us and answered questions very quickly. Would definitely rent again if we are ever in the area again!

This family home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Hayley was easy to communicate with. Plenty of kitchen items to cook with, comfy beds and nice areas to hang out with family. I would definitely like to stay at here again in the future. Thank you again Hayley for sharing your home.

Home was aesthetically pleasing, however pics & description of listing is deceiving. Pics show kids bedrm w/ 2 beds but beds were in separate rooms when we arrived. Listing mentions ‘outdoor play area’ but the only thing outside for kids is a Step2 kid’s bball hoop. The kids rooms had several toys for the kids to play w/ which was nice, however, they found paint, play dough & sand easily accessible to them in the kids bedrm. This was a fun unexpected fiasco in the home and now we have to cover the cost of cleaning paint (kids washable paint) Kitchen reeked of spoiled garlic that’s in a jar in the kitchen. Host stated food &drinks in the home were fair game, which seemed nice until we got to the property & unloaded our groceries in a full refrigerator with no space for our belongings. Went to make breakfst in AM to dirty pans & bowls in cabinet & a disgusting oven. She was very responsive to issues w/ propane tanks which was appreciated. Host reported violating ‘quiet hours’ when we’re just sitting around the table outside quietly chatting (be mindful of ring doorbell on deck) Host also reported smoking on her property& is trying to charge a ridic. fee when no smoking occurred. Her ‘proof’ was a pack of cigs (my parents smoke. Just bc a pack was left behind, doesn’t mean they smoked on property + complaints of cigarette smell - parents smoke in THEIR home. They & their belongings smell like cigs. They lay in your bed, linens smell like cigs..Wash linens. Will not stay again.

This home is thoughtfully furnished for families. Plenty of space with separation that worked great for our family of 4 adults and 3 children. The location is great as well. Homeowner communicated clearly and in a timely manner.

We had a lovely stay! There is plenty of space for people to spread out. The house is clean and well stocked. The listing mentions a grill so we brought burgers to make for dinner. The owner keeps the grill in the garage which is t accessible but she came right over to get it out for us. We visited Kentucky Kingdom while in town. It was a quick 17 minute drive. Kroger and Target are super close. The neighborhood is so cute and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay!
