Stayed Mar 23, 2026Thank you for hosting us, Kait! Kait was so communicative and was so flexible with me checking in a a little bit early. My dog and I stayed here for 3 nights and the space was exactly what we needed. So close to Downtown North Hampton - walkable to all the coffee shop and places to eat. Place was clean and had everything we need. I give this a 4.5/5 stars - so very close to 5/5. The only reason is because there is no driveway spot so it could be a little hard unloading during busy times - I had no issues finding off free street parking on one of the small streets around the block. Lastly, if you do have a small dog, be careful about the backyard space. The gaps underneath the fence is quite large and smaller dogs can easily slip through. Overall, it was a great space. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Dec 22, 2025Host Kait is superb, welcoming, friendly and helpful (left the lights on for me when she knew I might be late arriving on the train) -- a real pleasure to know as a host. Amenities are great, too, in the nicely refurbished 300 year old property!

Stayed Sep 18, 2025We really enjoyed the house, yard, and especially the closeness to union station. Our niece was married there and walking back and forth was great. Only recommendations would be to add a microwave and curtains in the bedrooms. That early morning sun was sure a “wake up” call. Enjoyed our stay.
