This single family home is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom and very private yet less than three blocks from historic downtown with restaurants, shops, and more! It is also very close to the world famous Gasparilla Inn whose guests have included some of America's most prominent families for over a century! Take a short walk to the beach and catch the beautiful Florida sunsets you have been dreaming to see!
You are welcomed with a crisp clean look and natural light flows throughout the house! Upstairs you have a spacious living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master suite has a king size bed and a tub/shower combo. One room has a queen size bed and the other has 2 twins. Relax and have an amazing home cooked meal at the dinning table on the lanai or simply relax and have some family time while enjoying the lovely Florida air! Rainy day No worries! There is a table inside as well for indoor dinning. There is a separate access lower level that hosts a living room, bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a king sized bed and the couch in the living room pulls out with a full size sofa sleeper. There is plenty of parking space and there is a lovely, private backyard with a round table and beautiful landscaping! Pets are welcome but must be approved by the property manager in advance! Laundry is located in the lower level.
A little about Boca Grande - Boca Grande is a step back into the "old World" Florida lifestyle. There is a 125+ year old lighthouse, a street with 100+ year old Banyan trees and loaded with so much history! Galleries present the works of local artists who have captured the spirit of Boca Grande in a multitude of media. Boca Grande restaurants each have their own unique style, featuring dishes made from the freshest local seafood as well as international specialties. Bike, roller blade, and golf cart rentals nearby to enjoy the island's bike path that follows the old railroad tracks. Lovely historic churches on island within walking distance (Episcopalian, Methodist, Baptist, and Catholic). Beautiful white sand beaches stretch the entire Gulf side of the Island, while protected waterways weave in and around the natural mangrove shoreline along the bay side. Explore the bay side on kayaks or paddle boards or tour the island on either your own boat or a private captain/charter. Fish the famous Boca Grande Pass in tarpon season, back-bay fishing for snook, redfish, and trout year-round. Go boating and visit the outer islands for dining and exploring including Cabbage Key.
