Everything about this house and host was outstanding! Best VRBO we've rented.

This property was perfect for our weekend attending the ND game. The owner had cookie on the counter for arrival, a breakfast casserole for Saturday morning, and Rudy queued up in the DVD player to set the mood for Saturday. The grand kids explored this historic house from top to bottom then moved outside to the yards and woods. Perfect after sitting in the car for 10 hours.

The host is extremely accommodating and supportive and does everything he can to ensure a wonderful visit. He even left home baked food for our enjoyment during our stay. The host provides lots of helpful information about the area and the lodging to make sure everything goes smoothly.

We had a truly wonderful stay during our daughter’s college graduation. The home was not only comfortable and beautifully kept, but the host went above and beyond in every way. Every detail was so appreciated and made our celebration even more special. We’re incredibly grateful for such warm hospitality and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in Theron's home. We came into town for the Notre Dame vs. Indiana University playoff football game. Thereon was incredibly helpful to us in regards to understand game day at ND. The home is beautiful and perfect for a group. Bathrooms are very clean and updated. I have never had a host so thoughtful. Theron's World Famous breakfast casserole was finished in the blink of an eye. Thank you for trusting us to stay in your home. I highly recommend this property.

This is an outstanding property!! The accommodations are wonderful, in a beautiful setting. Our entire family, consisting of our children and young grandchildren, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and the photographs accurately depict the home. Theron is an incredible host who went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect. We will always stay here from now on whenever we visit South Bend!!!

We had a family group of 9 people, all age groups (except infants and toddlers) and we loved staying at this historic property. We used the outdoor entertaining area a lot. Theron was a super host, too. Very responsive and informative.we had a great stay.

Great stay, great communication! We were super busy so we didn't get to spend enough time and enjoy the house as much as we would've liked but we were able to get some good rest and we enjoyed the time we did spend there. Great Host!!
